The ground rules for using Word Waves and any other product made by ZiBa Games.

1. Definitions

  • App: the Word Waves application and related services
  • User: any individual who uses the app
  • Company: ZiBa Games, registered in the Netherlands

2. Acceptance of terms

By using Word Waves, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

3. Use of the app

  • The app is for educational, non-commercial use only.
  • Users must not misuse the app, attempt unauthorised access or disrupt services.
  • User-generated content must not infringe on others’ rights or contain unlawful material.

4. Intellectual property

All content, design and software in Word Waves are owned by ZiBa Games or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute or modify the app without permission.

5. User content

  • Users may submit content (e.g. answers, comments).
  • By submitting content, users grant ZiBa Games a non-exclusive license to use, display and improve the app.
  • Users are responsible for their content and must not violate any laws or third-party rights.

6. Payment and fees

If the app includes paid features, payment terms will be clearly stated. Users are responsible for any applicable fees.

7. Termination

ZiBa Games may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or misuse of the app. Users may terminate their account at any time.

8. Warranties and disclaimers

  • The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • ZiBa Games does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

ZiBa Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.

12. Changes to terms

ZiBa Games may update these terms. Users will be notified of significant changes and continued use constitutes acceptance.
