• App: The Word Waves application and related services
• User: Any individual who uses the app
• Company: ZiBa Games, registered in the Netherlands

By using Word Waves, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

3. Use of the App

• The app is for educational, non-commercial use only.

ZiBa Games may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or misuse of the app. Users may terminate their account at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

ZiBa Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
